Instructions on changing Hostname
When on the blue screen, hold "Alt" and press "C"
Click on the "properties" icon.
Change the Hostname and Port

Try each host name.
ssh1.msnj.us - primary web service
ssh2.msnj.us - backup web service
We utilize a firewall with known ip addresses. If your ip is not allowed, access will be denied. You need to call us to be added to the list.
Make sure to close and then open the crt program to confirm the change has been saved. If you have 2 sessions open, the last one closed is saved.
If there is more than one session after using Alt-C, change each one.
After making the change, use the "Connect" button to show the login prompt. Use the windows taskbar to close any other sessions before closing the session with the login prompt.
